Love coconut? Love natural hair products? Then you just might love Komaza (which is swahili for "encourage growth") Care. Komaza was created with the kinky and curly textures of all ethnic varieties in mind. I was lucky enough to get a chance to try a few of their products and if you're dedicated to using all-natural hair products, then this is definitely for you.
KC products DO NOT contain Sodium Lauryl/Laureth Sulfates, Mineral Oil, Petroleum, or "Cones". Many of their products contain Keratin (which hair is made), silk and jojoba- proteins known to restore, strengthen and improve hair texture. Below, I've listed my fav's:Coconut Curl Shampoo ($17.00) & Conditioner ($17.00): Made with coconut milk and coconut oil which helped to soften my mane. *Please note that with all-natural shampoo, it will not produce much lather or "suds". It took me awhile to adjust to that.
Coconut Curl Hair Milk ($16): I think this works great as a leave-in, a little goes a long way.
Coconut Hair Pudding ($12.95): Very light styling creme, and an awesome replacement for styling gel!

Ahhh, thanks for posting this! I was headed to Whole Foods today to purchase coconut oil and make some hair products myself. But I am definitely going to try this!

Coconut seems to be the best thing for the hair. I recently bought a huge jar from Whole Body and I use that on my hair. I like what it has done. :) And I definitely agree with using good products. That have Keratin & Protein...which I also use in my wkly hair routine :)Since I started my hair has improved!
I love coconut for my hair, I use the oil that I purchase from the health food store for my hair and cooking, on my skin as well. It is such a treat!!!
