I've always loved Kim K's eyebrows and I use hers as a guide for how I'd like mine to look. I've even used a very teeny amount of MAC's carbon eyeshadow and an eyeliner brush to fill in any sparse areas. Its getting there.

I'm just not completely sure what to use to help fill in my brows. A pencil is a definite no-no, the eyeshadow trick seems to be doing the job, but is there something better I could be using/doing? Any suggestions?

Hi Wes!!!
Wow your eyebrows look sooo good :)
I'm still working on mine, love my shape but its been really hard to grow the tails but I'm patient.
I know that Anastasia has her products at Sephora and she has the pencils but she also has Brow Powder which is good, I've used it...but she has a new product called the Brow Pen - Long Wearing Brow Tint. I haven't tried it yet but sounds like it would work well.
The Sephora in Times Square has all her products the other Sephoras may carry them but maybe not all items.
Wow!! I love both your brows and Kim's. I need something done to mine ASAP!! I've never tried threading, but if it can make my brows look like this, then I'm all for it!
Your eyebrows look great! Your are blessed from the hair Gods with eyebrow follicles. Mine are shaped with a razor. Used to do the threading thing; but I don't grown enough hair to warrant that kind of shaping.
Good look!

I use the Clinique eyebrow powder. I actually tried threading, it took forever and I had problems with the bottom of my brow. Honestly it wasn't worth it for me just to save 8 dollars!
I think Kim K's brows are horrible in that picture. You can obviously see where she filled/drew them in. Yours look way better!
You did a great job! And like Brown Girl Gumbo, I have never tried threading. But I will one day!
Your brows are fabulous. My daughter has thick brows like that, makes me mad. However, Rimmel (Wal-mart) brand has a great brow pencil. It goes on very suttle so you don't get that heavy effect like most brow pencils. It also has a great brush at the tip of it so you can blend. To me, it's easier than using a powder because it gives me more control.
Wow, I can't believe you still are threading. I could never do it. lol
I started threading my own brows as well and I've been liking it!
I'm all for natural makeup and so what I'm recommending is Arbonne's eyebrow wax in Brunette ($18). It lasts forever and it looks pretty natural, not too thick but definitely fills in those sparse areas.
Yes Wes your eyebrows do look great...This is off the subject but I didn't see a place where I could post this question, so here it is? I've been experiencing breakouts on my face a lot lately(which leaves these hideous black marks). Have you used any of Dr Murad's products? If so would you recommend them? If not what would you recommend for acne/black spots?
Thanks,, SHAN
I love your brows, Kim uses the exact same products/colors that I use from MAC. "Walnut" is the color of the brow powder duo (It comes with some light color for a highlighter also) and to fill in thinner areas the pencil is called "Lingering". I mostly use the pencil because it lasts through the day and I have thin brows from over plucking. But the drawback to MAC is the co$t.
Girl, your brows look WAY better than hers!
Oh yeah...and Carbon is WAY too dark. Try MAC's Stud or Spike brow pencils. They are perfect. Color in the sparse areas, brush, brush and it looks great.
wow girl ur brows look great! i think it's fine to use an eyeshadow...i prefer to use dark brown instead of black though because it blends softer into the hair
Hey MAC actually sells these mini little brow compacts called Brow Shader comes withe a filler for your brow plus a brow bone highlighting shade. I'd also use the Brow Gel in clear, this kind of seals in the powder so it doesn't wear off during the day. Your brow are absolutely FAB!!!
Looks great!
wow both u and kim have great brows...i havent tried threading as of yet but eventually i will get around to it :)
as for filling in my brows i find black way to harsh looking on me even tho i have black hair...and just the other day i bleached my brows a lighter shade for the first time and i love it...using a brown pencil and eyeshadow to fill them in now
Try Clinique's Brow Shaper
Maybeline has the best eyebrow filler. It's like 6.50 and it is green and sort of like a pencil with a comb on the end. It does not give you that fake waxy look that other pencil's do.
Your brows look great! I can't believe you do that yourself!
I love a threaded brow but it thens out toward the end. I am a believer in using Mac's Corduroy Eye Shadow. Just use the angular brush to brush the hairs upward and then down when you go to the end...(sorry if that is confusing)
I love your brows! I wish mine would get that thick. To fill mine, i like the Brow Envy kit by Too Faced. The stencils help to guide you when you fill in your brows with the powder.
