Blocked!

I sat and stared at a blank space last night for a few hours. I'm stuck honeys! I couldn't think of anything (worth your 2.09 minutes) to write about. My main issue lately is that I don't want HBS to get pigeon-holed into being a general beauty and haircare forum. Being sweet as honey is a LIFESTYLE! There's more to us than just our hair and superb looks :-)

So, today I'm coming to you guys for advice- What would YOU like to see/read? I'm taking any and all suggestions so jot 'em down below!

We all have our moments of blogger's block! Perhaps, you can discuss politics? I don't know because I oftentimes have the same problem! You're doing a fab job so whatever you decide, I'm sure it will be good!

It's holiday season, how about tips on how to get great gifts on a budget, or DIY gifts.

I agree with RenRen, something about everyday life would be interesting to read.

maybe you should have one day out the week where you give your opinion on whatever is going on in the news..where you can just vent..like a "just my thoughts" segment or something..cause somebody does something dumb in the media ATLEAST once a week.

I would write about something that has meaning to you, because those are the best ones for yourself and your readers. We love insight into who the person is we are reading from. Me personally, i listen to music. My music is 80% of my motivation..

hope to read from you soon.

I'm a bit late today...I LOVE your blog but I think it would be cool to hear your opinion on relationships...I know you may not want to put your personal life out there but you can be general about it :)
...you can also talk about traveling and places to go to around the world...you can review NYC restaurants that you go to since there are so many restaurants to choose from its hard to trust which ones are good...those are the ideas I can come up with :)

It's hard to be one of those "generic beauty bloggers" and I pride myself on TRYING not to go mainstream. I sooo don't that you are. You have a ton of personality in your blog and do more than just random FOTDs and reviews. Bloggers blog is normal but it will pass. Never doubt how amazing you and your blog is though...rock on HBS!

A cool potential topic could be about styles for short/medium hair lengths. Call me crazy but I'm wondering if its possible if you have hair that is 2 to 4 inches long if its possible to press/straighten it without chemical treatment? I just ordered the maxi glide and I'm going to test it this weekend. Have a good weekend :o)
