I can't remember how I first got put on to Eric Roberson's music but consider this my Christmas gift to you. Once you listen to Eric, there's no turning back- His work defines what REAL music is. It's passion, real life and relationships on one dope soundtrack. I've been listening to his most recent album, "Music Fan First" everyday since it was released in August--> That's a RECORD for me! I usually grow weary of listening to the same album over and over but I'm still bumpin' Mr. Robinson on my 'pod.Lord knows we are in desperate need of some good music. Let me just tell you again, "Music Fan First" is some good music. Get it!

Thank you for introducing me to Eric Robertson. Wow, his sound and vibe is so melodious. I can totally here the influence of Fred Hammond in his music. I will be downloading his music on I-Tunes.

ERRO is the man... have all his albums... can listen to them over and over and over without even realizing I'm listening to the same tunes. And yes, he isn't bad to look at either.

I dont know if you are a Vivian Green fan but he co-wrote some of her songs from her 1st album and one time I saw her at BB Kings and sang a few of his songs so I was like wow I like his sound - very refreshing.
I didn't know he had new album! I will have to check it out.

I was introduced to Eric Roberson's music years ago and have attended many of his concerts in the DC area. He is an independent artist writing his own rules in the industry. His live shows are entertaining especially when he asks the audience to help him write a song on the spot (throw out a few words and Erro will incorporate them). I could go on with my praises for his music, but it's best to see him live or download on iTunes (or pick up a CD).
I too have been listening to this album since I downloaded it EVERYDAY! It is that serious!

Co-signs! I have EVERY album and havent been disappointed yet (though I havent listened to the last album completely yet). My favorite album is, "Esoteric" and I wish more people knew about him. I discovered him one day when my grandfather started flicking through channels and I asked him to turn back (which he never did but did that day). After listening to a live version of "Def Ears" he had me hooked. He's also on twitter @musicfanfirst =)

I love that cd too. I have 2 other cds by Eric. I hope he comes to new orleans soon. we need more artist like him. Wayna is also a hot artist I listen too.
