Love it or Leave it? Kelis
Now Kelis was one of my very FIRST hairspirations- I LOVED her curls and wanted mine to look just like hers back in the day (was 2000 really 9 years ago? WOW). Nowadays though, I'm not really sure what look she's going for... What do you think?

I too used to love her big curls. I don't know what this is about. I love Kelis, but this is a FAIL.
Leave it! Her hair looks good on top but the added hair looks random and not as cute as the curls on top.
Is that snot hanging out of her nose or a piercing? I'm sure it's a piercing, but it's hard to tell from this angle ...
She sort of looks like a ghetto Rapunzel. I'm a weave fanatic, but I'm not feeling the weave. Love the top, leave the weave.
Leave it (the weave that is) at the beauty supply store! Kelis has beautiful hair. That extra piece is uneccessary.
Honestly for the past couple years (I guess...has it really been more than a year since she married Nas??) she's been doing the whole "I'm not just Nas's wife and I'm not just a mom" thing. It's like she's pushing and striving and fighting for an identity that's just hers.
I think she's going for Train Wreck. :(
I usually luv Kelis' (style) hair but this right here, I'm not digging. I know she has a unique style but I can't appreciate this look.

i just saw an interview w/ kelis and she spoke on beauty. it was pretty interesting and her comments about black women all looking the same w/ hair, etc made me appreciate her hair choices esp. this one. she was always quirky and not the standard so i guess its OK....
I love Kelis and she is such a style icon....but no Ms.HOney, this look is a tacky mess...lol
Throw it away! Keep the top!
I'm not a big FAN fan, but I've admired her hair from time to time. The top I'd keep. The bottom....makes my stomach cramp a bit! Whyyyy? Why add that?
