On Saturday, myself along with 3 friends attended Shecky's Girl's Night Out- the snow couldn't stop us! Although I'll admit I was very hesitant and even considered canceling but I wanted to see what this gift bag was all about. One of my friends had purchased our tickets ahead of time ($16 each) which would guarantee our gift bags. I won't say I was disappointed! The gift bag was filled with all kinds of goodies, from KY Jelly to lip balm, shampoos, body washes, even a romance novel!
The infamous gift bag (w/ it's contents)For those not familiar, Shecky's is best described as a "moving marketplace"; great for independent and/or emerging designers (mostly jewelry but fashion as well) to showcase and sell their craft. All in all, my friends and I enjoyed a great (SNOWY) night on the town. Oh and did I mention the drinks are free upon entrance!

I've been to Shecky's and I'll pass next go around. I couldn't use any of the products they gave me and I paid $35 for my gift bag. The free drinks were great though!! Glad to see you had fun! Stay tuned for the Brown Girl version coming to a city near you!! You know Virgo's are always hustling...lol,lol,lol Will definitely have comp tickets for reputable beauty bloggers. Like Marsha I paid $30 for the bag back in September so you definitely got a deal. For the most part I was able to use about 3/4 of the stuff in mine. They had philosophy face wash, some body scrubs and that alka seltzer wake up call which is a life saver when you have a hang-over! I have been twice and got pretty much the same stuff so no need to go again until next year :).
I'm attending for the first time in February here in Houston. The price of the tickets were $12.50 for the goodie bag. I'm looking forward to having some fun with the girls!
