I love it...I agree with u Wes she does look more grown, a fine young lady instead of kiddie look. I hope she keeps up with this style she could be another Halle Berry.

I like the cut... I personally, don't like it on her. Raven Simone is SUCH a beautiful and I mean BEAUTIFUL woman and yet I feel like she still hasn't quite found her "look" yet.
The cut looks a little too mature, what is she 24 or 25? And she looks about 28 or 30 here.

Uh oh...Love Raven, she's so beautiful. The do is just OK for me, I'd love to see a little more edge. Halle Berry is a good example and I think Raven could kill in her own version of that sort of style. She has so much personality and this reminds me of a time gone by.
She looks cut with a short cut, but I don't like this one.
I love it on her. I want 2 cut my hair but b/cmy face is so round every stylist says I should not. Even my mom.the only thing I am scared of is if I don't like it now I have a short cut 2 put it back in weaves.

I think it's a very cute cut. In fact, it looks very similar to the cut that Fantasia wore on the Oprah show. I thought it looked really good on her too. But I agree, Raven should wait a few more years for this one. She should be rocking a much more youthful do.
I saw her on wendy williams and she said "don't think im trying to be like rihanna, cause my hair always been short, I just decided to stop wearing weaves"

I like it , it suits her well.
I like the hairstyle itself, but I don't like it on her. It looks a little too old for her. I'm not sure if it's the color or that the hair doesn't look carefree enough for someone in her early 20s. It looks like "40-something Mom" hair.

I agree with Mara, this is definitely a "Mom" haircut on her. I do think that she could look good with shorter hair, she should just keep exploring her options. I think she should do something more funky and carefree to reflect her age. Nonetheless, I'm glad she got rid of that weave!
Hated it. She looks like a 50 year old soccer mom now. Raven needs to find her balance.

Eh, I don't care for it. She looks way older than her age now. Either way, I'm just happy all that hair is out. If she's going to wear weave, she should only be adding a few pieces here and there...

I think it looks lovely - it brings out her features. Its so boring to hide behind long locks esp weaves. I am sure that the emancipation of locks will rejeuvenate her and her career - think Nia Long and Salli Richardson.
