Is there anything to do besides henna to reduce shedding? If I don't was my hair as much as twice a week, could that be a culprit? I'm also finding less of them because I'm not combing or fussing with my hair anymore. So I don't think I'm shedding much. I have some shedding, not as much as I did when I was getting monthly perms and weekly doobies. The shedding is a lot though, I have not Henna'd yet (still on the fence, and researching). I thouhgt it could be just from my hair's growth. You have to rinse it very well though to avoid buildup! <BR/><BR/>I shed TONS! My bathroom is like a hair trap . . . I'm constantly cleaning to rid my home of all the stray hairs. That being said, I still have a LOT of hair.
