But i have used it for my hot oil treatments a few times and my hair is left much softer. Ive really noticed a difference, especially on my ends. I cant get past the smell tho, so i dont use it very often. I have used oils to pre-poo/deep-condition, but I&#39;ve never tried them to simply moisturize. Some other tips are making sure ur hair is off ur face; keep ur face off ur pillowcase, i actually place a lil cloth under my face so it doesnt touch the pillow; make sure u wash/replace the case at least every week; wash ur face AFTER u wash ur hair... suds, oils, residue can be run down ur face; along wit tryin not to touch ur face and/or ur hair etc...etc<br /><br />Like the other ladies said a raw shea butter mix on the ends is nice, play around with which oils ud like to add, if any at all. Jojoba, coconut, olive are good, jus dont make the mix too oily.
